Biographie :

Le groupe dark métal Moonspell est originaire du Portugal. Il se compose du chanteur Fernando Ribeiro, du guitariste Ricardo Amorim, du clavier / programmeur Pedro Paixao, du bassiste Sergio Crestana et du batteur Mike Gaspar. Le groupe sort son premier album Wolfheart en 1995. Il est suivi de Irreligious en 1996 puis Sin-Pecado en 1998. L'année suivante Moonspell enregistre Butterfly effect. Suivent Darkness and Hope (2001) et The Antidote (2003).
